Wanna have a easy ,healthy and leafy green option at kitchen.Try this.
We all do and know how to make green gram spouts and it is used in variety of salads and dishes.
But have you noticed?it has a bitterness when consumed…..is it only me who feels this way?
if not try this idea…..Give some more time for the sprout……..as like in our life it will consume its bitterness and will serve you a beautiful leafy option.
Steps
1.soak green gram in water over night
2.in the morning remove the water and keep it tied in a damp cloth ,or just in a bottle but make sure it gets enough moisture.Sprinkle water if it looks dried
3.next day you can see the sprouting coming out.Give it a day more to consume the bitterness 😛
4.You will see length of the sprouts has increased
5.Take a pot/container/plastic cover/carboard box(Place few plastic sheets below) and put some soil(Get out and digggggg …………)
6.Place/Scatter the sprouts in the soil and keep it in a place where you will get sunlight
7.Sprinkle water regularly once a day till the leaf comes to say HIIIIIIIIIIIII and you are gonna kill it 🙂
